PERSONAL TRAINING
Private personal training sessions are designed around your unique goals and may focus more on strength and muscle development, weight loss, improved flexibility and coordination or a combination of the above.
Sessions are constantly changing to ensure that you continue to progress in your desired direction.
MASSAGE THERAPY
Massage Therapy sessions can be beneficial for targeting a specific pain, muscular stiffness or soreness, athletic performance, or just general health and wellness.
Sessions may include a variety of massage modalities, stretches and exercises specific to the clients individual needs.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Experience the benefits of personal training in a small group environment!Groups are typically 4-8 people so each member receives individual attention and feedback.
Beginners and advanced clients will have a great workout and a great time with support from both Lauren and the other group members. Workouts are constantly changing and exercises can be modified to suit ALL fitness levels.
VIRTUAL COACHING
Work with Lauren anytime, anywhere. Virtual coaching programs are designed for your specific goals and can be done at home or in the gym. No prior exercise experience is required.
Video demonstrations of all exercises, set, reps and modifications included. During our meetings we will do form checks, discuss progress, navigate any setbacks and keep YOU on track!
