What I’ve ended up gaining from my workouts with Lauren is so much more valuable: a new level of appreciation for how strong my body is, how well it moves and how well being active calms my mind. Feeling good on the inside = feeling good about how you look on the outside.

My family has been training with Lauren for over two years. I train with my parents in private sessions, and Lauren customizes each session to meet our individual fitness needs and goals. I am a graduate student who is fairly active (hiking, soccer, biking, snowboarding, climbing), and Lauren has helped me achieve numerous strength, flexibility, and overall wellness goals. She knows exactly how to adjust and customize my workouts, keenly observing when I'm stressed/overtired or energetic and moving well.
She is also amazing with my parents, pushing them to realize how strong they really are and how much stronger they can be. She's helped them prepare for hiking trips, she's worked with them to improve their balance, and she makes them healthier and stronger. We have all seen incredible results, working with Lauren, as she constantly inspires us to keep moving!

My Fitness and health dreams came true in 2015 after working one-on-one with Lauren. Life changed for both of us and our workouts became a thing of the past, leaving a vacancy no other trainer could fill. Fast forward to January 2018. My adjusted dreams come true again!
While we're still 2/3 of California apart, technology has made it easy to work together again. True to form, after our catching up meeting, Lauren creates a workout for me that is challenging and helping me regain lost strength. Lauren has such a talent for cutting through my concerns and outright fears with clear instructions, examples of proper movement, and encouragement.
She helps me get past, "I can't" to "can I?" to "hell yes, I can!" So, while vacationing with my sisters in Southern California, I treated them both to a session with Lauren. We're a CHATTY bunch, and she was able to keep us moving, keep us learning, show us we're stronger than we think we are, and where we're not, what to do to get there.
My sister's have been thanking me all day and the truth is, I feel great knowing they learned some great stuff in such a short time. I also got some fine tuning today and will continue to work with Lauren HOWEVER we can make that happen. So grateful to get to work with her again. Hip replacement surgery slowed me down, even set me back a bit... But I know what we can do together and I am ALL IN.
